Cancellation Policy

· No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of arrival date.

·Please note that if your deposit is booked through Pitchup.com or made directly through us it is non-refundable.

·If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.

·The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Admission

· Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.

· Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and departures

· Late arrivals must notify the campsite as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

· No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

· Units will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

·Bookings cannot be amended within 14 days of arrival.

General

·Bookings must not be for more than 28 consecutive nights.

·Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com. Freedom Camping members please contact us to book directly.

·In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

·Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.

·Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.

·The grocery shop is open between 01/06 and 30/09.

·The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Occupancy

·No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com or on the campsite.

Pitches

·You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

·Please respect neighbouring campers. 

Reception

·If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

·Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. between 01/06 and 30/09.

Safety

·Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

·For health and safety reasons please do not use your cooking equipments inside the tent as it is a carbon monoxide hazard and fire risk.

·Firearms are not permitted.

·Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.

·Open fires are prohibited but fires using fire pits are allowed.

Vehicles

· No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
